Online Registration

You may register to the Congress by filling out the Online Registration Form. Each participant must fill out a form.

RehabWeek offers the possibility to apply for reduced fees. Individuals from low income countries (OECD List of Low and Middle Income Countries), or individuals with a considerably reduced income (e.g. post docs in certain countries), individuals between positions, or those with an employer that does not financially support their attendance, or those otherwise unable to pay regular RehabWeek fees can apply to be admitted at student rates.

Please note, this is not meant to be a saving opportunity for everyone. We count on everybody's FAIRNESS. It is a question of honor that only those who really need support apply! RehabWeek already makes an effort to keep fees manageable for all. Hence, this offer does not apply to those already registered, but to those who were not able to register until now.

Note for ICORR Presenters: ICORR papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Since publication in Xplore comes with additional costs, for each ICORR publication an additional fee of 40 USD is requested. If you are presenting an ICORR paper, please also pay for this additional publication fee by clicking here.

Registration Conditions
*Members of participating societies qualify as RehabWeek members
**Reduced rate available to students of all education levels, including PhD students. To qualify for student pricing, students must provide valid proof of enrollment in a full-time program at the time of RehabWeek 2022 (Student ID or written confirmation by their university). Students who are unable to provide such proof upon check-in in Rotterdam will be asked to pay the full congress fees before receiving their credentials.

• *RehabWeek passes grant access to all scientific sessions of RehabWeek and its participating conferences from Tuesday, 26 July to Thursday, 28 July 2022.
• RehabWeek passes do not grant access to workshops on 25 July.
• Day passes grant access to all sessions of RehabWeek and its participating conferences on a specific day (available for Tuesday to Thursday).
• For exhibitor passes, please refer to the sponsorship and exhibitor manual.
• **Free access is available for industry sponsored workshops on the first day; however, attendees must still register (at no cost) to receive an access pass.

Cancellation Policy
Once validated with payment or invoice, registrations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received until 18 April will be fully refundable.
Cancellations received on and after 19 April will be non-refundable.

Remarks:

• Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the RehabWeek 2022 Congress Secretariat, Kenes M+, registrationrehabweek@kenes.com.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
• A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Terms of Payment
The official currency of the Congress is EUR.
Payments should be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.

Credit Card:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard and AMEX may use their cards to charge all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied, and slight differences in the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

Registration and Information Desk
During the Congress, there will be a Registration Desk within Ahoy – Rotterdam Convention Center for on-site registrations and distribution of the name badges, as well as to assist participants with issues related to their registration.
